We also provide a Market Analysis to help you ensure proper asking price. Plan 2: We handle the complete process from start to finish. We provide a Market Analysis to determine the asking price, then list your home, market it through the MLS and other brokers, advertise by mail, newspapers, magazines, etc. We then show your home, qualify buyers, negotiate the contract, and then follow the deal all the way though closing.
